I grew up in an Asian country and one of the traditional I hold dearly in my life is having to take off the shoes before entering the house. I got married here in Houston and the culture is far different. The lifestyle in the state is more fast paced and modern. Sometimes my husband would sleep with his coat and slacks on. But nontheless he would be shoe less. I instilled in our home that no slippers nor a shoe could enter our home. In my childhood province, a home is considered as a sactuary and stepping on the inside of the house with a filthy slipper is a big disgrace to the homemaker. My latest collections includes the pink and brown accent floor rug, and the sage simple border indoor/outdoor rug. During my serene moments alone at home I would read my book Death of the rug lord at the comfort of my lady bug rug. Rugs have been part of our home and our lives. It was a culture long cultivated in my heart and I would never let go though how many years may pass on me.

They have a lot of students which become successful also on their real estate investment. Because of their great tactics and strategies we can apply it for the most successful career in real estate.

Organizations have highly specific purposes. A school is set up for the purpose of educating students; A government bureau is set up to provide specific services to its citizenry; a firms purpose is to produce and market goods and services.

Specificity of purpose varies between and among organizations,. Some conglomerates put no limitations of the kind of goods and services they may do business with.

Organizations not only have specific purpose but they are organized to achieve these- hence the programmed activities. In a firm for example, raw materials are purchased, processed, and marketed to earn the firm a profit. Machinery is acquired, repaired, overhauled periodicaly for the same purpose. This specificity of purpose and of the means by which these purposes are attained is a visible and important characteristics of organizations.

The relationship between age and job performance may be an issue to most of us with the increasing importance during the next decade. It is assumed that an individual’s skills particularly speed, agility, strength, and coordination decay over time and prolonged job boredom and lack of intellectual stimulation and forgetfulness all contribution to reduced productivity.

As to age and job satisfaction among professionals, satisfaction tends to continually increase as they age, whereas it falls among non-professionals during middle ages and then rises again in the later years.
