A system may be defined as a series of interrelated and interdependent parts, such that the interaction or interplay of any of the subsystems affect the whole. Organization, where human behavior exists islikened to a human system where each organ and limb has a function properly in a coordinated manner if it has to be efficient and healthy.
Role is the sum total behavior patterns expected of a person in his activities involving other roles. For every recognized position there is an expectation widely shared by the members of the community of what should be the behavior of persons who occupy that position.
